Learn how to squat!!

Review "Squat Basics" so you're familiar with the terminology we'll be using in teaching the squat.

Today we'll learn the AIR SQUAT, the BACK SQUAT & the walking LUNGE.

WOD (Workout of the day):
Tabata Squats (half Tabata today!)

and, time permitting...
The Triple Quarter 2 rounds for time:
25 air squats
25 push ups
25 sit ups (fitness test version)
