Friday

After yesterday's workout...a little simpler day!

WARM-UP
3 person warm-up

WORKOUT
Bench 5 x 5
Incline Bench 3 x 5
Overhead Squat 3 x 5

MINI METCON
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 8 minutes:
5 push ups
10 sit ups
15 squats
