Barbell warm-up (focus on clean trnasfer)
Air Squats
Crunches
STRENGTH
-Hang Power Cleans 6 x 3 start at 60% & move up
-Push Jerk 5-5-4-4-3-3 start at 60% & move up to 3-rep max
-Squat Jumps 2 x 12
----after each set, perform 20 air squats
-Pull Ups 3 x 10 or max reps
CORE
5 minute AMRAP
-5 push ups
-10 half jack knifes
-15 crunches
