STRENGTH
Push Press 5 x 5 @60% max
Incline Bench 3 x 7 @ 50% of bench max
Deadlift 3 x 8
Pull Ups 3 x12 (or max) any style
CORE--3o second rotation x 3
-Knees to elbows or knee raises (hanging from pull up bar)
-Plank
-Medicine ball half jack knifes
