shoulder girdle w/pvc
air squats
STRENGTH
Squats 4 x 3 (try to get past your 3-rep max)
Hang Power Cleans 4 x 3 (try to get past your 3-rep max)
GROUP ROTATION--60 seconds per station, 30 second rest
-mad man push ups w/DB
-KB/DB swings
-box jumps
-air squats
-push press
-crunches
CORE--30 seconds per exercise, rotate to each exercise twice
-knees to elbows
-plank
-med ball half jack knifes
