WARM-UP
2 rounds of:
10 air squats
10 split squats (each leg)
10 push ups
10 mtn. climbers

STRENGTH
Squats 1 x 20 @60%
-do not rack the weights until all 20 reps are completed
Squats 5 x 3 @80-90%
Sumo Deadlift Hi-Pull 3 x 12
Hang Power Cleans 3 x 12 @ 50%

CORE
Teacher directed
