Overhead Squat practice w/PVC
-work with partners to help in bar position, depth, body position & balance
-3 sets of 8 reps
WOD
"Seven Slices of Sweat"
Each student will perform 3 rounds of the following:
-15 hang power cleans (L1=115#, L2=95#, L3=65#, L4=45#)
-20 box jumps
-50 crunches
-15 burpees
-2 laps Farmer's Walk 45#/25# plates
-20 push ups
-20 KB/DB swings
